My husband & I moved from Memphis in November 2017. We did not know Elisabeth, but could not have picked a better realtor on our own. In November, she showed us around on a “tour” of homes in Greeley since we were still trying to sell our home in Memphis. After moving here, we stayed in an apartment for 8 months. During that time, Elisabeth showed us several secondary market homes. We tried to make offers, but were not fast enough or successful, but she was willing to show us more & more homes. Finally decided on a new home and she was with us every step of the way. Including going the extra mile to contact the builder on a regular basis, bring up our concerns and fight for any changes we wanted or issues we saw and driving up from Arvada, CO every time we wanted to see a house or there was an issue with our new build once we went that direction. She was very informative & not afraid to step up for us.
