Tana Stevenson – Transaction Coordinator

Tana Stevenson started as a short sale coordinator in 2007; which was at the height of the housing downturn, during which she often carried more than 100 short sale files at a time. She is well known in the short sale world, as she has closed over 1,200 short sales.

Tana has been a licensed Realtor for more than seven years with Keller Williams Realty. She then turned her skills into regular transaction coordination for the last two years where she is results driven, has a proven workflow with processes and systems in place that work to keep all parties well informed and organized throughout the real estate transaction.

Tana is married and has 4 children; a Marine, a college student and two high schoolers.
